Lions clubs through out the world are part of zones, regions, districts, etc… Multiple District 4 represents the Lions organization within the State of California which is divided into15 Sub-Districts. MD4 maintains an Administrative Office in Santa Barbara, California. MD4 is governed by the District Governors and Vice District Governors from these Districts which is known as the Council of Governors. The Council Chairperson is elected from the preceding year District Governors.
